Ingredients

What's better than this when you are on the go, going to work and need a healthy lunch at your finger tips.


What you need:

1 8-16 oz mason jar

Directions

Put dressing on the bottom:

Then add toppings of your choice:

Chick peas

Diced yellow, red and orange peppers

Sliced cucumbers

Purple cabbage

Blueberries

Choice of Greens - Mixed, Kale, Romaine, Spinach

Add in raw toasted sunflower seeds, sesame seeds  and/or pumpkin seeds

Seal the jar and you're ready to go!

Notes

Shake it up when ready to eat!
