Overnight Oats

In a mason jar - Store Overnight:

1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
Optional : Plain (Greek Yogurt)
1 TBsp Chia Seeds
1/4 Tspn of Vanilla Extract

 Add Fruit / Toppings of Your choice:
Sliced Bananas / Mini Chocolate Chips
Sliced Apples /  Cinnamon
Blueberries / Shredded Coconut
Sliced Bananas / Peanut Butter / Raspberries
Mango / Coconut


Then Add 1/2 cup milk of your choice 
Cover, Shake and Fridge Overnight

Heat in the morning or have cold
Quick Morning Meal!
