Preheat oven to 450 degrees

As many avocados as you make !
Avocado
Pico de Gallo
Salsa of Choice
Kosher Sea Salt
Topping:
Italian bread crumbs
Grated Parmesan cheese
Lemon juice
Mix Topping
1/4 cup of Italian bread crumbs, mix in Parmesan cheese to taste, 1/2 tsp of lemon juice
Cut avocado in half
De pit avocado
Sprinkle with Sea salt
Spoon in Pico de Gallo / Salsa (I do one of each on each half)
Put topping on to cover the Pico de Gallo and Salsa
Put on cookie sheet - Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes, then broil for 2 minutes
DONE and SUrPRISINGLY DELICIOUS!
