I am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Running Club Coordinator and Running Coach at Fleet Feet Westport, Juice Plus Representative, Certified Spinning Instructor, AFAA and NASM Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Certified Teen Yoga Teacher. I have been in the fitness and wellness industry for over 20 years. I am a mom of two teenage girls, so I know how challenging it can be to make healthy habits a part of your lifestyle. For the past nine summers, I have been the head of the fitness and wellness department at an all girls summer camp in the Berkshires, keeping girls active, healthy and having fun, whether it be spinning, running, training or yoga. We do it all!
At the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.

I live in Westport, CT with my husband, Gary (avid biker and skier), 2 daughters, Zoe and Ashley (who both ski, play soccer and lacrosse) and an adorable wheaton terrier named Charlie.
ME... I am a passionate yogi and skier. Love nature and being outside! Love the mountains and the beach! Pinterest obsessed! Dark chocolate lover! Recipe Seeker and self- taught cook! Fitness enthusiast for over 20 years. Love to see people feel great about themselves. I see every day as a new day to wake up happy, healthy and ready to progress towards a life filled with health and wellness.
As far as the way I eat, it's ok to indulge, in moderation. We all do, at some point. We're human! Although I LOVE my fruits and veggies! I really do LOVE good veggies! I embrace food with flavor, so I am always looking to make an interesting combo. Love salads with everything but the kitchen sink. I love my roasted veggies of any kind with olive oil and salt or sauteed veggies with coconut oil and sea salt. Adding and mixing ingredients makes it more enticing to the palate! I am always finding creative ways to make salads and cooked vegetables more appealing for me, my husband, and my kids. Keep trying - at some point it will catch on! It has in my family!
